Direct Bank Transfer is available as a secure payment option for customers who prefer to pay directly from their bank account.

  • Payments must be made within 5 business days of placing the order. Orders not paid within this period may be automatically cancelled.
  • Please use the provided order reference when making the transfer to ensure accurate processing.
  • Orders will only be processed, prepared, and shipped once full payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations.

  • Full payment is required in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Customers must ensure the exact or sufficient cash amount is available upon delivery.
  • Failure to complete payment at delivery will result in the order being cancelled.
  • Repeated non-payment of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases.

  • Orders paid via Direct Bank Transfer will be confirmed only after payment reflection/verification.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment conditions are not met.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds for Direct Bank Transfer payments will be processed back to the original bank account used for payment.
  • COD orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch; however, cancellation requests made after shipment may incur delivery or handling charges.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment method used.
